When you're running a lot of auctions every week, it gets tough keeping track of all that activity—especially who's won what and paid when. The end-of-auction process is easier to manage if you use eBay's Selling Manager tool,

which helps you keep track of all that post-auction activity, send out e-mails to all your auction winners, and even print invoices and mailing labels.

eBay Selling Manager costs $4.99 per month; you can sign up at pages.ebay .com/selling_manager/. When you subscribe to Selling Manager, the Selling tab of your My eBay page turns into a Selling Manager tab with all your current and closed auctions listed (as shown in Figure 16-9). Click any link to see a finer cut of your activity—to view your active listings, for example, or those listings that are paid and ready to ship.

When you go to any of the Sold Listings pages, Selling Manager lists all your closed auctions with the customer status indicated by a series of icons. Open any listing to mark the item paid or shipped, or to send post-auction e-mail to the buyer. It's a great way to handle all that repetitive post-auction activity— and to communicate with your winning bidders.
