Then, read the "Program Details and FAQ" https://adwords.google.com/select/faq/index.html

Next, read Google's step by step guide on how to setup your Google AdWords Campaigns. Take a few minutes and read the guide now. https://adwords.google.com/select/steps.html

Once you have browsed the Google Adwords website, and read the FAQ and the setup guide, Click on the "Sign up Now" button.
