Excite at a Glance
The Excite home page (www.excite.com), shown in Figure 4-1, is where it all begins. The top of the page contains the expected search box, and links to most of the site's content and services are down the left side of the page. The middle of the page contains news stories and additional links, while the right side is reserved for weather, horoscopes, and other personalized information. Once you register as a user, the Excite home page will display your local TV listings on the bottom of the page.
