A Case Study In AdSense Arbitrage

Patterns of Profit

"This case study is based on a top paying keyword phrase in a construction related industry. Since March 1, 2005, this targeted phrase has consistently performed at 100% profit for me. That means I spend 5 cents in AdWords, and I make 10 cents from AdSense or 5 cents profit, and will continue to do so — even if I don't change a thing."
For many of us, affiliate marketing is the ideal way to earn a living. But there is one aspect of our profession that most affiliates feel is less than ideal: the problem of inconsistent results. All of us have experienced the shock of seeing our revenues drop unexpectedly. Even if you enjoy the challenge of adapting to the changing marketplace, it's never fun to see your bank balance dwindle while you develop new revenue streams.
So if you are an affiliate who would like to add some reliable income to your business model, the AdSense Arbitrage method I describe in this case study may be just what you're looking for. This method generates a consistent pattern of profit for me -month after month.
And the best part is, my AdSense Arbitrage method is relatively stable. With it, you won't have to worry about the next search engine update disaster. Why? Because you control the traffic at little cost.
If you have always wanted to get your sticky fingers on someone's AdSense Arbitrage model — so you could pick it apart and see EXACTLY how they do it — you will in this case study.
A Working Arbitrage Model
My AdSense Arbitrage Method isn't based on theory. This is the same technique I use to make a tidy sum from AdSense every month. To make this technique as time and cost effective as possible, it does require access to some specialized data and tools. And you must possess some innate patience because you must do a lot of testing. But contrary to current online conventional wisdom — AdSense Arbitrage can work.

A Look At The Numbers
The Keyword Niche:
Construction-Related Keyword
Case Study Length:

AdWords Advertising Cost:
AdSense Earned:
Bonus: Affiliate links on the web page earned an additional $16. While that may not seem like a lot, we all know that every extra dollar of profit from the same traffic is a positive sign.
Proven Principles
While the 5 cents profit per click may not sound as exciting as some top dollar keyword prices you have read about, my AdSense Arbitrage principles work the same, whether you make 5 cents profit or $1 profit per click. The construction keyword I chose for this Case Study makes about $50 AdSense Arbitrage consistent profit a month.
However, I have another single AdSense Arbitrage keyword that made me $1,000 profit for January 2006, using these exact same methods- including the same keyword tools and data sources, similar AdWords text ads, and similar web pages. This highly profitable Arbitrage keyword makes 3-4 times what I spend. It is what I call a "Cash Cow Keyword." Now that this campaign is profitable, I no longer have to tweak or change anything for AdSense or in AdWords - unless I want to make more money.
The AdSense Arbitrage Model - Reality Check
One requirement for creating a business model for AdSense Arbitrage is this: you must accept that some targeted keywords will make you $50 profit, but many won't. The reality is you will not know the best keywords for good profits until you jump in and test. In fact, for every targeted keyword campaign that makes you $50 a month, 3-4 keywords will break even, or worse, lose money.
